Room Hire Charges
Effective from January 2025
Maximum occupancy for the Main Hall is 100 people (80 seated). All functions must finish by midnight. A minimum booking fee of £40 applies to cover cleaning costs and doesn't include fees for providing bar staff.
Club members receive a 25% discount after 6 months of membership.

Alcohol Licence
Use of the premises alcohol licence for events providing their own alcohol: £20 per day
(No fee required if bar hire is included)
Basis of Hourly Rates
Charges apply from the time of entry to the time the hall is vacated. Please allow time for setup and cleaning within your booking period.
Deposits
A £100 security deposit may be required for certain events. This is refundable after inspection, provided the hall is left in acceptable condition. The committee may waive this at its discretion.

We store your booking data in line with our Privacy Policy. Data is securely destroyed upon payment and completion. By signing the Terms and Conditions, you consent to us processing your personal data for booking purposes.
Parking Notice
PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited on the premises (maximum 12 vehicles). This space is shared with garage tenants on weekdays and alternate Saturday mornings. Access to the rear of the building must be maintained until 1pm.
